I've just come back from the movies and I saw Daybreakers (2009), which was definitely just a cross between I Am Legend and 28 Days Later (the zombie film). I'm a bit of a Bram Stoker fan so I've watched A LOT of intreptations of vampire movies (yup- Underworld, seen that one too) and I have to say that I was a tad disappointed. I thought it was going to be sort of on line with Interview with the Vampire but the film didn't have much momentum and it was gory as heck which was a pity because I love watching Sam Neill act.
