I'm hardly the expert when it comes to menswear but I do appreciate a good cut of a jacket whether it be for males or females. When I see clothes like these, men shouldn't have any excuses when they complain about not having anything to wear. If I were a dude I would so wear these.

What would I give to live in that beautiful city....uhhhhhh....perhaps a house in Paris?

twinkle like a star

A birthday party for a friend on Friday night involving cocktails, clubbing and two days later I'm still feeling it in my muscles everywhere. And yesh I was butt-cold but I am a woman and we women will continue to wear skirts for a night of dancing even in the dead of winter. Why do we do it? I have nooooooooo idea. Since I'm feeling a bit nostalgic for the warmer weather months I'd like to remind everyone that I would really like to continue wearing sheer stuff like this sheer Minkpink tank which I purchased not too long ago but I don't really want to freeze off any body parts involving the upper body too so, Summer, please come back quickly. Even Ms. Bilson says so and that was last year.

grunge

A while ago I was flipping through a random book called Knitting in Fashion which had some glorious images of knitting, yarns and threading techniques used throughout the years by designers the likes of Vivienne Westwood, Junya Watanabe, Yoji Yamamoto and Comme des Garcons.

I came across this picture and I totally fell in love with the knit top. Move over Rodarte, let's go back to Anna Sui Spring/Summer '94 back in the day at the height of the "punk revolution". Don't you like it? Who says no to pics of vintage Kate anyway...

which I'm sure you know is Annabelle Dexter-Jones, the designer's half sister. She has such a cute smile. On a random note, we have a brick wall behind our house and after seeing this picture, it makes me want to go attack it with a piece of chalk.

sexy stripes

I know it's been done over and over but there really is nothing more sexier than wearing a striped shirt, hoisery and having sexy bed-hair. The stool is just another plus.

Wouldn't it be such an honour to be included in a picture like that! I reckon.

this is why i love internet shopping in Korea

I'd have never thought that the words 'cheap' and 'Balmain' could possibly be used together in the same sentence but how totally price-worthy are these jeans? At 47, 500 Korean WON which is what, approximately 50 US or AUS dollars, they're a fraction of the price you'd have to pay for the real deal. If I were back in Seoul right now I would so get these. Now I'm giving away all my shopping secrets....fiddling with fingers...should I be doing that?

Little heaven in Melbourne

Located on Degraves Street, Little Cupcakes is the most adorable place to fulfill that pint-sized sugar rush that you get in the mornings. Supposedly it's as famous as Sprinkles but since I've never been to LA I can't really compare. The red velvet flavour is very scrumptious indeed. I highly recommend it.
