I'm trying to unpack my crap all at the same time while battling this massive cold I've managed to catch pre-Christmas. I swear the amount of fluid coming out of my nose just amazes me. Sorry didn't want to gross you out there. All I want to do is curl up in my bed with a cup of hot chocolate, surrounded by a fort of blankets & pillows, watch the snowflakes falling outside and press play for Love Actually.

Basically the two things that are on the top of my Christmas list this year. A massive bottle of No. 5 Eau Premiere by Chanel EDP and the Atlas Dome watch with a black background from Tiffanys. I also want a humidifier but I thought that would be a bit weird to post a picture of.

I watched HP Part 1 today and I cried when Dobby the elf died. I was feeling pretty sentimental before the movie and after watching it I felt I was drowning in a mental waterfall. Hence the upload of these pictures though I could just be in need of a BIG FAT hug.

I will be going to Los Angeles for about 6 weeks starting in January. It's my first time going there and I was wondering if you guys could give me any shopping tips and recommend places to eat, see and things to do. From what I've heard LA is THE place for vintage shopping. I would absolutely love to meet any bloggers living in the area, shoot me an email if you feel like meeting up. I always love a cuppa.

Today's Christmas shopping bag was filled with books, lacy lingerie, MAC lipsticks and cupcakes, candy and baby rompers for people in my life. Shopping for other people is a little stressful but it is so much FUN! I also popped into Zara to check out some jeans (for myself???) and was wondering if I should opt for a high waist pair this time around. The problem is that any type of pant that rests above my belly button makes me look super frumpy. I wish I was really leggy like Hilary Rhoda and blogger Ida...

I've always wondered how models/celebs get such shiny hair and I must have been living under a rock because I only found out recently that there is a plethora of hair shining products you can use to get those glossy locks. Behati's is just gorgeous. I started my Christmas shopping today and almost turned my brain into mush by thinking too hard about gift ideas. Better luck tomorrow.

ZOO UNIFORM

People who know me know that I am one HUGE animal lover. So when the guys at ZOO UNIFORM introduced me to their new French label based around 36 animal faces designs I almost died of cuteness. At the moment they have a t-shirt and underwear range featuring the panda, pig, monkey and koala and they kindly sent me over samples as you can see in the above pics. What I really like about the brand besides being able to wear these adorable animal faces is that because they care about animals so much they also donate part of their profits to WWF. Total angels.

Sorry, I've forgotten the source for this image. I somehow got addicted to visiting tumblrs during exam period and I was just mindlessly saving pretty pictures onto my desktop without saving the links. Some of the tumblrs out there are INSANELY good. Especially Aussie ones that have a penchant for super short denim cutoffs, Francisco Lachowski, beaches, Bambi, parties, Abbey Lee and leggy gals with loooooooong hair. Never hurts to let loose a little, I sometimes forget that it's all about havin' a good time.

Actually I should probably re-post this as white-ish dresses because under closer inspection they're not all white. But regardless, aren't they all just beautiful? I think I've posted before that I'd like to get married in a Givenchy gown but that last Ralph Lauren dress is so dreamy (not that I'm getting hitched soon/ just a thought).
Guess what? I've been up since 5am because I couldn't get back to sleep after I went to the loo at 4. Again this is probably due to a past week of crazy, erratic sleeping. There's nothing to do at this hour so I've been going through my blog list and there is just so much to catch up on and comment on. It's making me want to start xmas shopping early.
