the first snow

Today it snowed for the first time this winter except it was that light, fluffy stuff that melted right before it touched the ground.
Mental note to oneself: NEED to remember to layer. It's too butt-cold to think.

Still trying to figure out whether I like or dislike those lace-up Fendi boots in the third pic. Your thoughts?

I know I should be posting about Turkey Day but since nobody celebrates Thanksgiving in Korea or Aus...it smells like Christmas! I've been hankering for a pair of red pants for ages...I'm thinking Cheap Monday, F21 or American Apparel are good possibilities but these shiny babies from Ellery look amazzzzzing for the holiday season! Wear those and it'll be like Christmas everyday.

Like everybody else in the fashion world I am totally obsessed with Bambi Northwood-Blyth's trademark eyebrows.
I have a MAJOR thing for thick and rich brows, you see.

I'm really not a leather sort of girl but these two images are proving otherwise. I believe the first picture is Taylor Tomasi Hill's patent-leather lower half and the model below is looking super slick and sleek.
I had a choc-a-bloc busy weekend but I still managed to squeeze in a viewing of The Social Network. Have you seen it yet? Heck of a story!

Karla's Closet

I've always loved Karla's style ever since she started blogging in '08. Back then she played with a lot of androgynous looks in her outfits with a penchant for tailored blazers and now her style has evolved into balancing her boyishness with femininity. I love how she dresses for her body, I adore her vintage jewelery collection and most of all, I admire her attitude for wearing whatever she wants wherever she goes. She definitely inspires me to wear more creative outfits.
