I feel like my style is changing bit by bit or at least swinging around in a different direction. I'm drawn to colours, patterns, textures and lengths of clothing that I wouldn't have necessarily been interested in as much a year or two ago. I find my eyes are wandering more to dresses and skirts when I've always been a pants girl. Yesterday I even went out and bought two pairs of leggings after vowing never to wear them again considering I lived out my whole childhood in them. They're currently just resting on a shelf at the moment and I wonder if I'll end up actually wearing them. I guess you should never say never, huh.

Edit: Crap! I also forgot to add that I bought a pair of clog heels. CLOGS.

RHW is seriously on the roll here and did I mention that I want to give her stylist major high-fives? Personally, I like the daytime version a lot more- it's a very cute take on the boiler suit. Jumpsuits are something every gal should consider having in her wardrobe. I have one (in blue leopard print/ woo whoo!) and it's so easy to wear because it's a statement piece in itself so you really don't have to worry about accessorizing. However, if you're the type who puts on another jewellery piece before leaving the house, no worries, cos' it looks just as good with the bling piled on.

I think I just bought THE MOST feminine dress in my closet. I was saddened to hear that Aussie designer Alannah Hill was no longer helming her namesake label anymore so I just had to buy myself a little piece of history.

Overloading on sequins can be a tad kitschy truth be told, however, I'd like to think tiny glittery pieces in the form of a clutch is a little bit better and (hopefully) exceptionally tasteful.

Yesterday afternoon I watched the film Stoker. The cinematography was incredibly beautiful and it was definitely one of those films that resonates with you for a while and lingers in your head. I'm still in awe over the fact that this story was extracted out of Wentworth Miller.
